Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Extremely Disappointed With Customer Service I’m extremely disappointed with Menchie’s customer service. I reached out twice regarding an issue with points that were not credited to my account after my visit, and it has now been over a week with no response whatsoever. I even have my receipt and provided the information needed to resolve the issue. I understand that things can happen, but not responding to a customer after multiple attempts is unacceptable and very disappointing. I have always enjoyed Menchie’s, but customer service is an important part of a customer’s experience. I hope someone takes the time to look into this and realizes that customers deserve to be acknowledged and helped in a timely manner. Over a week without even a response is terrible customer service.

I came here with my daughter for her birthday and the place as a great atmosphere and the young woman working was pleasant and kind, and was fine wirh me trying samples of the flavors, and i cant tell you how refreshing it was to see a place that is staffing the right personalities for the establishment. I woupd teccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing late night treat with family. The dessert we maxe were spectacular! Good Times

Service with a smile—I thought this was extinct! What a refreshing visit! Mo was so incredibly nice and personable; he truly brought back "service with a smile." The Watermelon Sorbet with Jolly Ranchers was delicious, and sitting outside was the perfect way to just pause and enjoy the summer day.

Went here for the first time, I was in and out in around 10 minutes. Spent $20 on the yogurt, good taste and a good atmosphere.

I usually enjoy coming to Menchie’s and decided to stop in for a treat. I got cake batter frozen yogurt with fresh strawberries, sprinkles, and cheesecake bites. Everything tasted really good at first, but toward the end I found something hard and gummy in my yogurt. At first I thought it was just one of the cheesecake bites, but when I took it out I realized it wasn’t. I’m honestly not sure what it was, but it definitely grossed me out and made me stop eating the rest. I attached a picture of it. Hoping this was just a one-time mistake, but I wanted to share my experience.
